OSSAA PHYSICAL/RANKONE INFORMATION

RankOne forms must be filled out annually in order to participate in any athletic activity 7th-12th grade and high school marching band.

Preparticipation physical examinations are required for each student athlete (including marching band) each year. All physicals given for OSSAA participation must be given no earlier than May 1st of the preceding year in which the students are to participate and
before the first day of practice in that student's particular sport.
